Question: How can I request traffic and/or speed enforcement?
Answer: You can fill out the Traffic Enforcement Request Form and an officer will be in contact with you regarding your request.
Question: Do all crashes require a crash report?
Answer: Massachusetts General Law Chapter 90, Section 26 requires a person who was operating a motor vehicle to complete the Motor Vehicle Crash Operator Report form in a crash in which any of the following occur:
There was damage in excess of $1,000 to any one vehicle or property.
Any person was injured or killed.

Question: How do I obtain a copy of the police crash report?
Answer: Complete and submit a Request Police Report form. Please note that the police crash report can take up to 10 days to be completed.
