Per Deborah Krueger of Tenants Harbor, Maine who lived at 93 North Street years ago.
"When we moved in it had been turned into a duplex. In the process of making it a single family home, we pulled up the new kitchen floor which had been laid over the hearths of the two small fireplaces in the kitchens. We found a large, curved wooden patch in the original floor. We had someone from S.P.N.A. come to the house and he thought that the house had been some kind of a meeting house. That the ground floor had contained only two rooms divided by a curved wall."
"However Deborah Krueger from Tenants Harbor, Maine reports that she lived at 93 North Street about 26 years ago. When she moved in it had been turned into a duplex. In the process of turning it back into a single family home again, she pulled up the new kitchen floor and found it had been laid over the hearths of two small fireplaces in the kitchen. She found a large, curved wooden patch in the original floor and had someone from S.P.N.A. come to the house to inspect these finds. He thought that originally the home must have been some kind of an early meeting house and that the ground floor had contained only two rooms divided by a curved wall."

55 Fruit StreetThe George E. Holbrook House was built c. 1784. The Norfolk atlas of 1858 shows G.E. Holbrook as the owner of this dwelling as well as the property across the street. George Holbrook was the son of John Holbrook, a North Wrentham native and noted naturalist of the south.
